Returns
If you change your mind before dispatch, contact the adviser. After delivery, return terms depend on the product and your country.
Before dispatch
Tell the adviser during the call: the order will be cancelled and nothing will be sent.
On delivery
You can refuse the parcel from the courier. As you have not paid yet, you owe nothing.
After delivery
If the parcel is damaged or the product is incorrect, email contact@lodania.com with the product name and the phone number used for the order.
