Data used to process and deliver your request.
Data collected
To process a request, we record your name, phone number and connection IP address in encrypted form. We also record the requested product, the originating page and the source of your visit. A fingerprint of the phone number, which cannot be used to recover it, helps identify duplicate requests over a seven-day period.
Use and sharing
We use this data to call you, confirm and deliver your order, answer your questions, and identify duplicate or fraudulent requests. Your name, phone number and IP address are shared with the commercial partner handling the sale of the requested product, then with the call centre and courier responsible for confirmation and delivery. We do not sell your data.
Audience measurement
The website records page views and form steps (shown, started, submitted) without cookies and without including your name or phone number in these measurements.
Retention period
Request data is kept indefinitely and is not automatically deleted. Names, phone numbers and IP addresses remain encrypted.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by emailing contact@lodania.com. You can also contact your country’s data protection authority.
